Deliveries explained
We can only deliver to addresses within the UK mainland and charges may apply to deliveries to the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man Deliveries to these locations can be arranged for a nominal charge(contact us for a quote). We are sorry that we do not deliver to the Channel Islands or destinations outside of the UK.
We use Amtrak (very careful courier) for our deliveries. Unless you left us some delivery instructions, the driver will not leave the goods at your address without a signature.
If no one is home to accept the delivery Amtrak will leave a card with a phone number for you to arrange a new delivery date and time.
Alternatively there is the option to collect the goods at your local depot.
Availability
If the wines are in stock it’s most likely that the case will arrive the next day.
In the case the wines are out of stock we’ll let you know, it’s normally a matter of just a couple of days for the stock to be replenished.
If the shortage is long term (after all most of our wines are limited production) we’ll also let you know and offer a substitute of equal or greater value.
